Herbivores

A herbivore is any animal that only eats plants and not any other animals.   The digestive system of herbivores differs from that of carnivores. Where carnivores have a relatively simple digestive system usually with one stomach, herbivores of have several stomachs and a much longer system. Animals such as sheep, cows, camels and giraffes are herbivores and because they have multiple stomachs are called ruminants.
